The energy of the full moon can be intense.

This full moon circle takes place on the night of January’s total lunar eclipse, and will help you welcome this energy, releasing anything that is holding you back.

We will welcome the full moon with a meditation followed by a manifestation and intention setting ceremony. Following the ritual, we will have a 60-minute restorative class led by Laura Di Cecco. If you are open to touch and energy work, I will perform reiki on participants throughout the class.
